I am sure you will have seen this type of feature in various golf magazines and on the TV. However, I will be doing it slightly different in that I want to take a look inside the bags of our members, what treasures will I find? Once I have been through the bag I will say what I like about the bag and any suggestions I have to improve it.

What would you like to have in the bag in 2015? What do the champions use? To start this off, we are going to look inside my bag and let you know what I have and what I use!

Due to my ambassador role with Srixon and Cleveland you will see that the majority of my bag has clubs from this company but let's have a closer look and see what else has made its way into my set (click on each club to learn more about them):

The gents' Prizegiving this Saturday evening is now FULL! We are all looking forward to a great night with John Gahagan (ex Morton & Motherwell ) providing the after dinner entertainment. Pictures to follow next week.

Winter rules are now in play. Mats are in play and if you have an electric trolley it will require winter wheels or Hedgehogs to be able to be used on the course. Any queries on wheels please contact the pro shop.

Last Saturday saw the final event of the season take place. The all-members' scramble went ahead although due to the heavy rain and strong winds the field was severely depleted. Winners of this event were: Stuart Murray - Stevie Murray - Jake Macpherson - Andrew Macpherson.

As you all know, every medal competition we keep 10% of the sweep monies to pay out at end of season to the persons who manage to record a hole-in-one. This season we have had two holes-in-one during medal play. The winners, who will share the ace pot, are Stephen Blair and Andrew Howell! Both guys will each have £201.10 added to their accounts. Well done!
