Putting Green Update
This week the green staff are putting the final preparations in place before the turf goes down onto our new large putting green area. Work was hampered a little last week by the frost but the lads have forged on this week. As you can see the area is greatly improved and with the short game area almost ready as well we hope to have it all ready for play in 2017.

Finally some news on Pro Shop staff member Alec Watkins and ex worker Greg Sandison. Alec has returned from Athens this week where he represented Scotland at the Karate World Championship Well done Alec.
Greg, as some of you know, left the club to join the merchant navy, this week he has received news to join a new boat in Hong Kong where he will serve his final 4 months of required sea time. Good luck on your travels.
